Build for Baloo
We have an unexpected new permanent resident. His name is Baloo and he's a North American black bear. We got his winter enclosure built thanks to our supporters and donors to the Build for Baloo Fund. But we still have a lot of work to do, we have to build his entire outdoor enclosure. . This is a partial list of new construction projects we need to do, we also have to do normal summer
maintenance on all of the enclosures.

We also need donations to help us pay veterinarian and farrier bills for our new American Miniature Horse filly rescue. She needs a lot of medical attention just now, and you can help by donating to the Mini Fund. She is a darling and deserves to be well taken care of.

Here is our wish list of supplies:
Donate gift cards for Home Depot, Rona, Lowe's, or Princess Auto
Donate Canadian Tire money
Mini ties (garden lumber)
Industrial grade fencing and lumber that is not pre-used
Large construction staples and long green (coated) deck screws (3")
New (not pre-owned) chest freezers (we just lost 2)
Bales of shavings
Shovels and rakes (not pre-used)
Wheel barrows (not pre-used)
Basketballs and soccer balls (the lions and tigers love them!)
Paper towels, tea towels (not blankets, we have plenty!)
Environmentally friendly cleaning supplies (they're non-toxic for the animals)
