Kayla passed away suddenly and quietly on August 10, 2007 at the age of 16. Her ears were short
because of a case of frostbite she had prior to coming to Bear Creek.
She was very beautiful and very sweet. We will miss her terribly.
She lived in the same enclosure as Tonka .
